Should we decide to purchase your Judgment, we will send you an "Assignment of Judgment" and a "Bill of Sale". Both forms must be notarized and the originals returned to our office.
How much will it cost me?
It costs you absolutely nothing. We pay you a flat fee in exchange for the Assignment of your Judgment. This means the Judgment is put into our company name, which permits us to take action against the debtor to collect the balance owed.
How much do you pay for Judgments?

How quickly will I get paid?

I have a Judgment from overseas, not in US dollars. Will you buy it?
Sorry, you will have to find a debt buyer or attorney in the country where the Judgment is entered. Our company only buys U.S. Judgments.
